What does eChoice do?

eChoice gets people home loans, using a combination of great people and great technology. If you want a home loan now, you should apply using our home loan matching service.

If you need more information before you borrow, browse our home buyer centre, sign up for our Bulletin. If you want to see how much you can borrow and how much home you can buy, use our calculators. Either way, please come back and use the matching service soon. We can get you the right home loan from a wide range of lenders, more easily than anyone else out there.

What happens when I use the matching service?

On our Web site, you select some options, fill in some boxes and tell us anything else you think we might need to know. The information travels over the Internet to eChoice's ChoiceMatch™ software. ChoiceMatch™ almost instantly identifies loan products and lenders that match your individual needs.

When you've finished at our Web site, our experienced lending consultants call you to discuss any issues you may have. They also inform you of the lender or lenders which match your needs. Then they have an eChoice home loan manager call you to get your loan underway, face-to-face or over the phone.

But I'm not ready to get matched to a loan yet ...

Before you dive into actually arranging a loan, you're welcome to use all the other facilities on our site:

  • Our calculators let you figure out how much you can realisticaly borrow.
  • Our interest rate tables give you a simple view of many of the products available in the market - both those available through eChoice and those that are not.

Do I pay you for this?

No. You don't ever pay eChoice anything. The successful lender pays us a pre-determined fee for introducing you and getting the paperwork done.

Can I contact you for help?

Yes. Click here to visit our contact page, which shows you how to contact us by email, phone, fax, or face-to-face. The pages of our loan matching form also let you add in any comments you might have for us.

Does my information stay private?

Yes. eChoice understands how sensitive personal information can be. Our sites have been built in such a way that you identify yourself only when you're ready to get matched to a loan. When we do store your personal information, we make sure it's seen only by the people who need it in order to arrange your loan.
